Co-Working Space

Recognizing a need among sole-practitioner attorneys for good office space and a collegial work environment, attorneys Nick Armstrong and Oscar Price worked with ArchitectureWorks to redevelop a downtown office into a great workplace. The former architecture office had an open plan that didn’t function for legal services, but it also contained significant built elements, such as large concrete walls, that offered design challenges and opportunities. Using a restrained palette of stained oak paneling & glass AW designed a modern workplace, complete with multiple meeting spaces, a lounge, and even a steam shower and beer on tap.
