The owners of this barn wished to expand the facility to accommodate more horses. The original barn held five stalls, a small tack room, and a feed room. The expansion added two stalls, including an enlarged foaling stall.

Also included in the renovation is an enlarged feed room, a cross-tie space, an enlarged tack room, a kitchen and sitting room, and an expanded loft storage space on the second level. A large glazed cupola brings natural light into the upper level loft space and the aisle of the barn.
