Children’s of Alabama: Physical Therapy, Speech & Hearing Center
ArchitectureWorks was selected with Brice Building Company as part of the design-build team for the relocation of Children’s Hospital of Alabama’s Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Hearing Clinic. The project involved renovating 15,850 square feet for clinic space and 3,700 square feet for office support space in an existing building.
The Speech and Hearing clinic houses four audio booth suites and thirteen treatment/observation suites. The PTOT Clinic includes a gym, a rehabilitation suite and casting rooms. As part of a multi-phased project, ArchitectureWorks completed the contract documents within a tight schedule to meet the client’s need for occupying the building.
