Located at a prominent corner opposite Railroad Park and Regions Field, this 21,300-square-foot adaptive reuse project transforms a historic warehouse into a vibrant mixed-use destination. The development will house MBA’s new office headquarters alongside ground-floor retail, bringing renewed energy to a key gateway within Birmingham’s Parkside district.
The design preserves the character and industrial heritage of the existing structure while introducing modern workplace environments and active street-level programming. Positioned at an important intersection, the project contributes to the continued revitalization of the surrounding neighborhood, strengthening the connection between downtown, Railroad Park, and the growing entertainment district.
